Free next-day delivery
FREE next-day delivery available on most orders over £500. Some larger items are not eligible for free delivery.

Orders sent on our free delivery service are usually delivered within 2-3 working days, Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 6pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.
You will receive an email once your order has left our warehouse. Couriers we use for our standard deliveries include Parcel Force and FedEx. Physical gift vouchers are sent with Royal Mail.

Finance orders will not be dispatched until all items are in stock.
Whilst we will endeavour to get your order to you on time, we're unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date.
If you're ordering for a job or event, please order in plenty of time.
If we have any problems processing your order then dispatch of goods may be delayed; we will always try to contact you to let you know if that happens.
Wex Delivery Promise
We will always endeavour to get your item to you on time, but from time to time a delivery may be delayed for reasons outside of our control.
If our delivery partner fails to deliver your goods on time, we will happily refund you any associated postage costs you paid in full.
Please contact our customer service team using our contact form to notify them of the delayed delivery and they will arrange for your delivery charge to be refunded.

Next or named working day* - Delivery by Parcel Force or Fed Ex on the working day of your choice. Deliveries are usually made between 7.00am and 6.00pm. Exclusions apply - see below.
Free next day delivery* - Only available on orders over £500. Please note that large items are excluded.
Standard delivery (within 2-3 working days) - Only available on orders under £50. Delivery usually by Parcel Force and usually within 2-3 working days. Deliveries are usually made between 7.00am and 6.00pm.
Free standard delivery (within 2-3 working days) - Only available on orders over £50. Free delivery within 2-3 working days with either Parcel Force or FedEx. Deliveries are usually made between 7.00am and 6.00pm.
Delivery within 2 working days- For larger and heavier items that can not be sent by Parcel Force, delivery is with either FedEx or TnT and usually within 2 working days. You are unable to specify a delivery day on this service.
Saturday delivery* - Delivery by Parcel Force on the Saturday of your choice. Deliveries are usually made between 7.00am and 2.00pm. Exclusions apply - see below.
Sunday delivery* - Delivery by Parcel Force on the Sunday of your choice. Deliveries are usually made between 9.00am and 2.00pm. Exclusions apply - see below.
Standard remote delivery - In some more remote parts of the country delivery may take a little longer. An indication of how many days delivery may take will be shown at the checkout.
Timed Delivery*
Before 9am - Delivery by Parcel Force before 9.30am on the working day of your choice. Exclusions apply - see below.
Before 10.30am - Delivery by Parcel Force before 10.30am on the working day of your choice. Exclusions apply - see below.
Before Midday - Delivery by Parcel Force before 12pm on the working day of your choice. Exclusions apply - see below.
After Midday - Delivery by Parcel Force after 12pm on the working day of your choice. Exclusions apply - see below.
Same-day delivery - If required, we can arrange same-day delivery by courier to mainland UK addresses for orders placed before 2pm on a business day. The charge for this service will depend on the delivery address; please call 01603 486413 to request a quotation.
*Premium delivery services (e.g. before 10:30 am and Saturday delivery) are not available for first time orders placed over the telephone. Premium delivery services are also not available to certain postcode areas that include Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Orkney and Shetland Islands, some Western Isles and remote parts of Northern Scotland.
What to expect on the day of delivery?
All orders will need to be signed for. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse for delivery, you will receive an email that will contain tracking information.
If your order is being delivered by Parcel Force and you opted to enter your mobile phone number for delivery updates, you will receive;
Day of delivery (SMS) advising that the parcel will be delivered that day, providing the option to reschedule to an alternative day or opt for neighbour or a Post-Office collection
Pre-delivery notification (SMS) advising customers of their one hour delivery time window
If no one is at home, the courier may attempt to leave parcels with a neighbour. If they do not leave the parcel, they will either deliver it to a post office or return it to the depot. The courier will post a card through your door with further delivery instructions if they're unable to complete delivery, or if they leave the parcel with a neighbour.
Address Issues/Items not collected
If our carrier is unable to locate your property from the address you provided or you do not collect an item after a failed delivery attempt, they will return it to us. Upon receipt of the goods, we will notify you by email and provide a full refund to your original payment source. You can then re-order if the item is still required.
Collect in store
If you are local to any of our stores you can order online and choose to collect in-store (available for items that are shown as being in stock only).
Simply select the ‘Collect in store’ option during checkout, choose your nearest Wex store from the drop-down menu and we will ship the order to your chosen store. We will then email you to let you know when your order is ready to pick up. Orders are usually available to collect same day in Norwich and within 2 working day from our other stores.
Your items will be held at your selected Wex Photo Video store for 7 days, after which point, your order will be put back to stock and a refund issued.
Please do not travel to collect your order until you have received a second email from us which advises your order is ready to collect. You will need to bring Photo ID and a copy of the email when you come to collect your order.

International deliveries
With the exception of the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses, we regret that we are not able to ship to addresses outside the United Kingdom.
Channel Islands
We are temporarily unable to offer delivery to the Channel Islands. We are working on this and when we are confident we have got this right, delivery will commence again. Whilst we don’t have a date just yet, do check back from time to time for an update.

What if an item on my order is out of stock at the time my order is processed?
Note that in-stock items will ship immediately, while out-of-stock items will be dispatched as soon as they become available. The remaining items from your order will follow when they become available (at no extra cost).
When you place an order with us we will pre-authorise the order value on your payment card, however we only capture funds (technical term for taking the money from the payment account) as they are dispatched from our warehouse.
If items take longer than 27 days to come into stock, you will be asked to update your payment information, as the pre-authorisation on your selected payment method would have expired.

About our carriers, packing and packaging
Following customer feedback, we use Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide for most of our consignments aside from large and oversized items which many come via an alternative carrier.
We will do everything we can to ensure your parcel arrives safely and in a timely manner. We take particular care to ensure that goods are well packaged and use recycled packaging and/or biodegradable materials wherever we can.
