Customers currently cannot set up a return via the WEX website. If you have an item to return, please must communicate with Wex using our contact form.
FAQs on Returns
1. How to Return an Unwanted Item?
If you received an item you wish to return within 30 days, follow these steps:
- Use the contact form and select the option 'Return an unwanted item (within 30 days)'.
- In the message field, specify the item(s) to return, the reason, and if you want a refund or credit.
- You will receive email instructions for the return process.
It’s recommended to use an insured delivery method. If the item is large, Wex can organize a pre-paid label for a fee of £15.00
Conditions for Return:
- The item must be in original condition, complete, undamaged, and without personal data.
- Used items should show no significant signs of wear.
Excluded Items:
Some items are not eligible for the 30-day return policy. Check the terms and conditions for details.
2. Trial Items:
Wex does not allow products to be ordered on a trial basis. Handling the product should mirror in-store assessment, and any excessive handling may lead to a deduction in the return value.
3. Faulty Products:
If you have a faulty item:
- Consult the troubleshooting section in your manual first.
- For faults within 30 days, you can choose either a replacement or refund.
- For issues within 6 months, a repair or replacement can be requested. However, Wex reserves the right to choose the solution.
After 6 months, if you can demonstrate the fault existed from the original sale, you can request a repair or replacement under similar terms.
Inspection Policy: Wex reserves the right to inspect the product to verify faults.

Returning Faulty Drones
For drones experiencing issues:
- Contact Wex’s customer service to arrange a return for testing.
- A replacement or refund is not possible until the fault is confirmed.
Repairs
Repairs generally take up to 6 weeks, depending on the fault and parts availability. For questions regarding repairs, contacting customer service is advised.
