What if an item on my order is out of stock at the time my order is processed?

Note that in-stock items will ship immediately, while out-of-stock items will be despatched as soon as they become available. The remaining items from your order will follow when they become available (at no extra cost). We charge for items as they are despatched from our warehouse. If out of stock items take longer than 27 days to come into stock, you will be asked to update your payment information, as the pre-authorisation on your selected payment method would have expired.
