Guarantees and warranties

Most goods supplied by Wex Photo Video come with a one year manufacturer’s warranty; in some cases it is longer. This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, and negligence by you or any third party.

Used items are supplied with a 12 month Wex warranty unless otherwise specified. For full details of our warranty on sale of used products please see our Terms and Conditions.
