Why is payment taken?

We do not take payment until we have despatched your goods. If all or part of your order is out of stock, we will pre authorise your debit or credit card at the point of ordering but will not take payment for out of stock items until we are in a position to despatch the product(s). Funds may be temporarily reserved by your bank or building society as a result of the pre authorisation process but are ordinarily released within seven days where a transaction has not been completed.
