Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order via your online account up to the point that it reaches our warehouse by clicking the 'My Account' link which can be found at the top of our website and then log in using the email address and password registered. Select 'My Orders' from the menu to the left of the screen, click 'view order' on your chosen order, check the 'Cancel Item' checkbox and then press 'Cancel Order'. finally, select yes from the pop up warning message.
