I have an issue with a blackmagic product

If you experience an issue with a Blackmagic product, before contacting us please contact Blackmagic directly;

Provide them with details of the issue and they will assist you. If they deem the product to be faulty, they will issue you with an RMA. At this point, please get in touch with us, let us know the RMA and then we can help with the return & repair process.

Note: if we receive units back without an RMA, we will have to return the goods to you and ask you contact Blackmagic first.
