Faulty BenQ Monitor
If you believe your monitor to be faulty and over 45 days old, please get in contact with BENQ directly. It’s an easy process and they will collect directly from you if the fault is confirmed. Please do not return the monitor to us, as they will only work with the end user and you will be able to advise in detail what the issue is and supply photos etc.
